Golden hello scheme

This scheme for new clinical employees has been introduced to support the recruitment and retention of Registered Nurses, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Doctors, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. A one-off payment up to £3,000 (depending on role and experience) will be paid in a series of quarterly instalments, following the completion of a successful six month probation.

Relocation allowance

For Specialty Doctors, Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists considering moving to East Sussex to work at the Hospice. A generous relocation allowance of up to £4,000 is offered to people relocating within 25 miles of the Hospice. Payable following the successful completion of a six month probation period and minimum employment of two years.

Travel allowance

A travel allowance for a fixed two year period for new eligible employees to help us widen our pool of potential candidates. This is a taxable benefit based on mileage in excess of 25 miles.
Free parking is available on site.

Generous pension scheme, option to remain in NHS scheme

We offer a generous pension scheme. Previous members of the NHS Pension Scheme may also have the option to remain in the scheme.
