In the Community

We offer patients and their friends, relatives and carers a range of free palliative care services in the community.

What does Community refer to?

We refer to our community services when talking about supporting patients who live:

• In their own home
• In a friend or relatives home
• In a care or residential home

Throughout their journey, many patients receive support both in the community and in our In-Patient Unit.
