We’re looking for a visionary Community Nursing Manager to join our dedicated team at a time of exciting service development. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and inspire a skilled team of nurses, helping to shape the future of community hospice care. You’ll work collaboratively with community nursing teams, IPU Nurse Manager and the wider interdisciplinary team to deliver truly holistic, person-centred care.
