What You'll Be Doing
- Raising and emailing sales ledger invoices
- Running aged debtor reports and contacting customers for payment updates
- Updating spreadsheets with payment status comments
- Liaising with departments regarding invoicing and payments
- Maintaining confidentiality and data security
- Reviewing and archiving paper files securely
- Performing general office duties and using email for customer communication
Skills & Experience
- Basic IT and Excel skills
- Familiarity with sales ledger processes and accounts packages
- Understanding of office procedures and data protection
- Ability to follow instructions and seek help when needed
