After we cared for her father, Jane became an active volunteer for the Hospice, running stalls at the coffee mornings, hand-delivering newsletters, and offering her time at many Hospice events.

Jane was diagnosed with cancer and in January 2022, was admitted to the Hospice and died nine days later.

She left a share of her estate to the Hospice, to be used to bring comfort and support to future patients and people who are important to them. Just as the Hospice did for her father in 1991, and herself 31 years later.
