St Michael’s Hospice has been providing specialist palliative care to the people of Hastings and Rother for over 35 years. We want to create a positive and welcoming space at the Hospice that brings people together.
We’re looking for a Front of House Manager with a passion for people and great customer experience to take on this brand-new role. You’ll be working as part of our Estates and Facilities Department to re-establish our much-loved coffee shop, support Hospice events, and create an uplifting experience for patients, visitors, and the public.

This role does include working one Saturday morning (8.30am to 1pm) a month, which attracts enhanced rates of pay. As well as once a fortnight working 11am-7pm on a weekday. Both sets of hours will be included as part of the role’s overall 37.5 hours per week.
