This 7km seafront walk\, celebrates life and loved ones\, and helps raise much-needed funds for the Hospice. \nThis year’s walk will take place on the night of the full Harvest moon and is perfect for all the family to enjoy\, including your well-behaved four-legged friends. So get ready for an unforgettable night –  grab your fairy lights\, your Moonlight Walk t-shirt and join us for a memorable evening. \nThis year’s walk will include: \n\nA glowing lantern installation at the end of the walk\, which will be a beautiful tribute to loved ones.\nEntertainment and surprises along the way.\nA memory screen\, full of photographs and messages to people we miss.\nAn event village with food stalls\, face-painting\, light up merchandise and entertainment.\n\nWhat does registration include? \n\nA paper memory lantern to decorate in honour of someone special (with a battery tea light provided at the event).\nA Moonlight Walk t-shirt (if you don’t already have one from 2025 that you can wear).\nSnacks at the halfway point.\nEntertainment along the route.\nA reward for completing the walk.\n\nFollow us on social media for regular updates and announcements. \nEvent kindly sponsored by Lightning Fibre. \nEarly Bird tickets now available

DESCRIPTION:Remember a loved one this winter.\nWhat is Lights of Love?\nLights of Love is a series of remembrance services across Hastings and Rother. They offer a gentle\, welcoming space to pause and remember those we miss. Each service typically includes thoughtful readings\, candle lighting\, and times for quiet reflection. Some services also feature hymns\, while the non-religious services offer a meaningful space for remembrance without  religious elements. At the end of each service\, a tree lighting ceremony takes place. Each location’s tree is lit up\, with its branches filled with stars lovingly decorated and dedicated by you in memory of someone special. \nKeep an eye out for details and updates to come.
