Wellbeing Administration Volunteer

What is the role

You will be interacting with staff within our Wellbeing Services department, discussing and logging patient attendance, sending out correspondence and preparing documentation for handover meetings and patient reviews. You will also be liaising with patients as they attend the Wellbeing programme.

Role tasks
  • Preparing documentation for reviews, and for handover at Wellbeing meetings
  • Liaising with Wellbeing Assistants regarding attendance to programmes
  • Maintaining patient attendance information and goals, and general data inputting
  • Contacting and producing correspondence for patients and families
  • Liaising with the Wellbeing Programme Co-ordinator and Rehabilitation Lead regarding other tasks as and when required.
