Fundraising Administrator

Days: A weekly commitment of a morning or afternoon is preferred

Location:  The Hospice, Upper Maze Hill, St Leonards on Sea, TN38 0LB

What is the role

To assist the fundraising team with a variety of administrative tasks

What will I be doing?

It can be varied, but may include things like;

  • Writing thank you letters to supporters
  • Updating the fundraising database
  • Scanning registration or gift aid forms
  • Cleaning collection pots
  • Filing documents
  • Assisting with event preparations
  • Assisting in sorting leaflets for distribution
  • Attending relevant training and supervision/reflective practice as required
  • Understanding and demonstrating relevant policies and procedures during your volunteering at St Michael’s Hospice.
