This is great opportunity to support the Hospice’s Leadership Team in developing and embedding a proactive and robust governance and quality framework supported by accurate data that enables the Hospice to measure, demonstrate and continuously improve quality in all areas.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing and Quality, the Quality and Data Manager will have an active role in ensuring Care Quality Commission (CQC), and other regulatory compliance as well as supporting the implementation of outcome measures and new incident and risk management software.

If you have an interest in quality and continuous improvement and would like to champion improved patient safety and experience, combined with a sound knowledge of governance in a healthcare setting, we’d like to hear from you. We are looking for someone with excellent project management skills, a good understanding of information governance who is able to work autonomously. The ability to analyse and report on data is also essential.

At St Michael’s Hospice we offer a friendly, team orientated work environment – a good pension scheme with the option to continue any existing NHS pension scheme membership, a wellbeing and resilience programme,  discounted gym membership, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, subsidised employee meals, supportive supervision and a proactive Education Department to support with development.
