£21,369.95 to £22,713.09 per annum

We are looking for a Care Records & Office Manager to be responsible for the development of our Clinical Administration team and Clinical Information Officer. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services you will ensure administrative support is provided to both Medical and Clinical teams as well as coordinating specific tasks relating to Clinical Governance and the Care Quality Commission.

You will be responsible for the line management of the Clinical Administrators and Clinical Information Officer as well as leading the on-going development of the Cross Care Information System and day to day requirements. You will also be required to liaise internally and externally with both individuals and other organisations to ensure the effective and efficient running of clinical systems and procedures.

You will be an excellent communicator and have demonstrable literacy, numeracy and IT skills. Supervisory experience is essential with a proven ability to lead a small team, alongside knowledge of Information Governance and CQC requirements. You will be confident in using patient databases both for data input and analysis.  You will also need effective organisational skills enabling you to prioritise and adapt to change at short notice.
