A well-established large garden with level lawns and planted with a variety of interesting and unusual plants and trees. This 'park-like' garden is colourful, interesting and spacious.

Lankhurst Farm, Three Oaks Road, TN35 4NT, Margaret Moss
A return visit after 12 years to this rampant garden on varied levels, including unusual plants and shrubs and scented herb garden. Delightful setting with far-reaching views.

Church Place Farm, Vicarage Lane, TN35 4SD, Karen & Barry Paine
During your visit to todays Open Gardens come and relax and enjoy refreshments in the garden at Church Place Farm, a garden that has hosted our Blue Bell Walks in the past. This garden is available for view but is currently being redeveloped.

Refreshments: Available at Church Place Farm

Parking: Church Place Farm: field adjacentto house. Lankhurst Farm: adjoining field. The Moor: public roads

From Hastings take the A28 to Westfield village, turn left onto Vicarage Lane on the bend by the Church and Memorial. Church Place Farm entrance can be found immediately on your left. To get to Lankhurst Farm and The Moor travelling from Hastings on the A28 turn right onto Moor Lane, The Moor will be on you left just past the Plough Inn, Lankhurst Farm is further along the road on the right hand side. Follow Open Garden arrows. Please note it is not possible to walk between all of these gardens.
