Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, this garden is full of surprises and delights. Just as you think you have seen it all, you suddenly find more around the corner or behind the 18th century wall. Follow the small pathways that will take you through a journey of native and exotic plants of all shapes and sizes.

Lovely views and different areas to explore. Large pond with natural planting and some of some of the biggest koi you are likely to see. Four different types of magnolia and a beautiful cornus tree. Along with self seeded flowers such as foxgloves and corn poppies. 

NEW! 13 Orchard Way, TN33 0RD,Lorraine & Nigel Ford

A north-facing garden with an unusual shape sloping in two directions and sheltered by a mature oak tree. The lawn has gradually shrunk in favour of flower beds and a small wildlife pond, demarcated by low box hedging. Paved areas provide room for seasonal containers.

Parking: Yes -The Haven: layby near the property. Coach House: Great Sander's visitors car park and adjacent field. Orchard Way: public roads

From Hastings take the A21 north and almost opposite Blackbrooks Garden Centre turn right (signposted Sedlescombe). Follow Open Garden signage/arrows
