Tichbon Cottage, 10 Woods Passage, TN34 3BX: Melanie Laslett
Opening with a new owner for the first time since 2014 is this seaside garden with a small pretty front garden that looks over the West hill and a gently terraced back garden planted with a lovely variety of flowers and plants.

14 Tackleway, TN34 3DE: Judy Parkinson
This lovely East Hill garden is set on three terraced levels with views across to the West Hill and Hastings Old Town. The design mixes seaside elements with perennials, grasses and inside-out paraphernalia such as mirrors and picture frames.

18 Tackleway, TN34 3DE: Marianne & Pete Smith
A modern south-west facing garden with splendid views across the Old Town. Features include a long raised fishpond, several small trees including rowans, eucalyptus and olives, and a fireplace in the walls of the original building that stood on the site.

106 High Street, TN34 3ES: Craig and Jo Sams
This 'secret' walled garden of the former St Clement’s and All Saints’ Rectory is Soil Association-certified organic. Sloping, with herbaceous borders, fruit trees (including an ancient mulberry), terraces and a greenhouse, the garden also features exotic plants suited to dry conditions.

Belmont House, Belmont Road, TN35 5NR:Paul Ridley - Garden designer
This garden has good architectural features, a boundary of clipped lime trees and box hedging, clipped box balls, with planting for sun and shade.

98 High Street, TN34 3ES: Lady Diana Wilmot
This lovely long garden is packed full of colour and has stunning views over the East Hill. Amongst the many features in the garden is an old laundry building which over the years has become covered with a beautiful fragrant climbing rose.
