A modern south-west facing garden with splendid views across the Old Town. Features include a long raised fishpond, several small tress including rowans, eucalyptus and olives, a fireplace in the walls of the original building that stood on the site.

A huge tulip tree overhands much of the third of an acre garden accompanied by olives, a mimosa and mulberry.
